For Rajma masala : 1 cup Rajma boiled 1/4 tsp hing 1 medium Tomatoes chopped to taste Salt 1/4 tsp Jeera 1/2 tsp Coriander powder 1/4 tsp haldi 1 tsp Oil 1/2 tsp Lal mirchi powder 2 Bread slices (make crumbs) to taste salt Oil for fry 1 tsp Rajma Masala 1 medium Onions finely chopped 1 tbsp Lava cheese/ cheese spread Ingredients for Rice Crackers : 1 cup Cooked rice 1/4 cup Cornflour slurry 1 tbsp Schezwan sauce 1 tsp Ketchup for garnish
In a wok add jeera and hing then add onions. Cook till transparent. Add chopped tomatoes. Cook till tender. Add salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, dhania powder, rajma masala. Cook well for 2 mins. Now add boiled rajma. Mix well and mash it with masher. Keep aside. Now in a bowl take cooked rice add little salt. Add fresh bread crumbs. Add salt. Mix well. Now take little portion of rice mixture and flatten it with ur hand and apply Schezwan sauce. Then put rajma stuffing. Put little cheese spread over it. Cover this with rice mixture. Shape it with ur choice. It will b like stuff sandwich. Make all. Now take this piece and put in slurry and deep fry till crispy. Don't over fry till brown colour. Now take this piece and put in slurry and deep fry till crispy. Don't over fry upto brown colour.
