Paneer - 150 gm For Stuffing : Carrots - 1/4 cup (finely chopped ) French beans - 1/4 cup ( finely chopped ) Mutter - 1/4 cup (boiled) Corns - 1/4 cup ( boiled ) Paneer - 1/4 cup ( crumbled) Lasan Adrak Hari mirch - 1tbsp ( crushed/paste) Salt to taste Haldi a pinch Garam masala - 1/4 tsp Amchoor - 1/4 tsp Oil - 1tbsp 1 tbsp For Gravy : Onion - 2 medium (paste) Tomatoes - 2 medium ( pureed) Kaju, khaskhas,melon seeds - 1/2 cup ( KKM paste) Malai/Fresh Cream - 1 tbsp Lasan adrak hari mirch paste - 1tsp Salt to taste Red mirchi powder - 1 tsp Turmeric powder - 1tsp Coriander powder - 1tsp Kitchen king masala - 1tsp Sugar - 1/2 tsp Kasoori methi powder - 1/4 tsp Saboot garam masala - 1/2 tbsp Oil - 1 tbsp
Heat oil in a pan. Add Lasan/adrak/hari mirchi. Saute for a min. Now add all ingredients of stuffing one by one. Cook for 2 mins. Add all dry spices. Mix well. Mash little so that it completely binds well. If required sprinkle little water. Keep aside. Now cut slice paneer into square pieces. Put stuffing over it n cover with another piece. Press little.(As shown in pic) Make like sandwich. Accordingly prepare all. Now heat oil in a non stick grill pan. Cook paneer parchas on medium flame till golden brown on both the sides very carefully. Keep aside. Now heat oil in a kadai. Put saboot garam masala. Then add lasan adrak mirch paste. Saute it. Now add onion paste. Cook till onion changes its colour. Now add tomato paste/ puree. Cook till oil saperates. Then add malai n KKM paste. Mix well n cook for a min. Add all dry spices. Cook well. Put water as per required gravy ( semi liquid ). Cover n cook for a min or till oil saperates. To serve : In a serving dish out gravy n over that put paneer parcha . Garnish well as per ur choice. Serve hot with Naan/Kulcha/ Tandoori Roti etc.
