Cottage Cheese/Paneer 250 gms
Boiled onions 2-3
Cashews 8-10
Soaked and peeled Almonds 8-10
Fox Seeds / Makhane 1/4 Cup
Soaked Melon Seeds 1 tblspn
Soaked Poppy Seeds 1 tblspn
Ghee 1 tblspn
Green Cardamom 2
Cloves 4
Bay leaf 1
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste or 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Cream 1/2 Cup
Milk 1 cup or as needed for gravy
Green Chillies 2
Saffron Soaked in milk 8-10 Strings
Kewra water 1 tsp
Kasuri Methi 1 tsp
Directions
In a mixer jar grind boiled onion.
In a pan heat up ghee and add whole spices and let them Splutter.
Add onion paste and cook on meduum flame till raw smell goes off.
In the same mixer jar take soaked nuts and makhana and Grind into a Smooth Paste.
When onion cooks well and this nuts paste and cook on low flame for 2-3 Minutes or till raw smell of Cashews goes off.
Add salt and pepper and mix well.
Add milk and mix well.
Add sugar and paneer and mix well.
Keep covers and cook on low flame fof 3-5 minutes.
After that add kesar milk and kewra water mix well.
Sprinkle kasuri Methi and switch off the flame.
Serve hot With roti or naan.
