Ingredients
Serves 3
1 cup maida
2 tsp oil
1/3 tsp salt
1/3 cup water
For filling
2 chopped tomatoes
2 chopped onions
1/2 chopped capsicum
4 diced mushroom
80 gm small pieces of paneer
2 tsp oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp oregano
2 tsp tomato sauce
2 cheese cubes (cut in small pieces)
400 ml oil for frying
Directions
First mix maida, salt , oil n water and kneed tight dough.
In a pan add oil n saute onion n other vegetables and add salt , pepper, oregano & cook for 5 mins.
Now add sauces n pieces of cheese cubes.
Now make roti using maida dough n cut roti in 2 halves.
Make cone using half roti n paste the sides of cone using water drops . Now fill prepared filling in the cones .
Give shape of samosas n prepare more such samosas.
Deep fry them till they turn golden brown.
Serve sizzling hot pizza samosa with favorite sauce.
