  • Samosa strips : 10-12 Potatoes - 1cup (boiled n mashed) Grean peas - 1/2 cup ( boiled ) Green chilles - 1 tsp Jeera powder - 1/4 tsp Dry pudina powder - 1/4 tsp Amchoor - 1/4 tsp Salt to taste Coriander leaves - 1 tsp chopped Oil to fry

    In a bowl mix all ingredients. Now take one strip m overlap other strip in center. Looks like plus . Fill little mixture in center n fold as shown in step by step in pic collage ( in comments ) Prepare all accordingly. Fry it on mefium hot oil till golden brown n crisp. Serve hot with mint chutney n ketchup. Enjoy it as tea time monsoon snacks.
