For pan cake-maida 1 cup
Chopped onion 1
Green chilli chopped 2
Salt 1/2tsp
Coriander leaves chopped 1tbsp oil for shallow frying
For filling -bread pieces 4 medium size
Black pepper powder ,black salt for spread 1/4tsp
Grated paneer 50g for pan cake
Directions
Take a bowl mix all purpose flour and all pan cake ingredients
Make smooth and thick paspte with water also add grated paneer.
Take 1 full big spoon of mixture
Pour it on hot tawa
Spread it with spoon
Roast it one side keep 1 bread piece in center
Fold pan cake
Add little oil and shallow fry it
Niw keep it on plate
Cut it in 4 parts
Black pepper powder and black salt sprinkle on it
Serve hot
