Ingredients

  • For pan cake-maida 1 cup

  • Chopped onion 1

  • Green chilli chopped 2

  • Salt 1/2tsp

  • Coriander leaves chopped 1tbsp oil for shallow frying

  • For filling -bread pieces 4 medium size

  • Black pepper powder ,black salt for spread 1/4tsp

  • Grated paneer 50g for pan cake

Directions

    Take a bowl mix all purpose flour and all pan cake ingredients

  • 02

    Make smooth and thick paspte with water also add grated paneer.

    Take 1 full big spoon of mixture

  • 04

    Pour it on hot tawa

  • 05

    Spread it with spoon

  • 06

    Roast it one side keep 1 bread piece in center

    Fold pan cake

  • 08

    Add little oil and shallow fry it

    Niw keep it on plate

  • 10

    Cut it in 4 parts

  • 11

    Black pepper powder and black salt sprinkle on it

    Serve hot
