Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • For pan cake-maida 1 cup


  • Chopped onion 1


  • Green chilli chopped 2


  • Salt 1/2tsp


  • Coriander leaves chopped 1tbsp oil for shallow frying


  • For filling -bread pieces 4 medium size


  • Black pepper powder ,black salt for spread 1/4tsp


  • Grated paneer 50g for pan cake

Directions

  • Take a bowl mix all purpose flour and all pan cake ingredients
  • Make smooth and thick paspte with water also add grated paneer.
  • Take 1 full big spoon of mixture
  • Pour it on hot tawa
  • Spread it with spoon
  • Roast it one side keep 1 bread piece in center
  • Fold pan cake
  • Add little oil and shallow fry it
  • Niw keep it on plate
  • Cut it in 4 parts
  • Black pepper powder and black salt sprinkle on it
  • Serve hot
