Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 3/4 cup Gram flour


  • 1/4 cup Rice flour


  • 200 gm paneer


  • 3/4 teaspoon salt


  • 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder


  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder


  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste


  • 3/4 cup water


  • 1/2 teaspoon Chat masala


  • 1 spoon chopped coriander leaves


  • 300ml oil for frying

Directions

  • In a bowl take gram flour, rice flour, salt, chilli powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste and chopped coriander.
  • Add water in bowl and mix all the ingredients properly to form a smooth batter.
  • Cut paneer into big sized cubes.
  • Now dip paneer into the batter and fry them in hot oil.
  • Fry them till paneer fritters become golden brown and take them out from the oil.
  • Cut the fritters and fry them again till paneer turn light brown and take them out from oil.
  • Sprinkle chat masala and chopped coriander over the paneer fritters.
  • Relish delicious Masala Paneer Fritters with favourite dip or sauce.
