  • 3 cooked normal size aata rotis

  • 2tsp chopped capsicum

  • 3tsp grated paneer

  • 2tsp mint coriander chutney

  • 1tsp curd

  • 2tsp pizza sauce

  • 2tsp chopped onion

  • 2 tsp grated carrot

  • 7tsp grated cheese divided in 3 equal parts.

  • 1.5tsp mixed herbs divided in 3 equal parts.

  • 2tsp butter


  • Make 3 equal size normal rotiis. and roast them with very little butter from both sides.
  • Mix mint coriander chutney with curd.
  • On 1st roti,apply green chutney.sprinkle chopped capsicum all over.Sprinkle little bit of mixed herbs as well as grated cheese.
  • On 2nd roti,spread grated paneer and chopped onions with mixed herbs and cheese.
  • On 3rd roti,spread pizza sauce and grated carrot with mixed herbs and cheese.
  • In a non stick pan,put little butter.cover the rotiis with lid and let the cheese melt.
  • Serve hot this yummilicious snack!
