Make 3 equal size normal rotiis. and roast them with very little butter from both sides.
Mix mint coriander chutney with curd.
On 1st roti,apply green chutney.sprinkle chopped capsicum all over.Sprinkle little bit of mixed herbs as well as grated cheese.
On 2nd roti,spread grated paneer and chopped onions with mixed herbs and cheese.
On 3rd roti,spread pizza sauce and grated carrot with mixed herbs and cheese.
In a non stick pan,put little butter.cover the rotiis with lid and let the cheese melt.
Serve hot this yummilicious snack!
