For Stuffing,2 boiled and nicely mashed potato
1 Egg yolk beaten
1/4 cup fresh white bread crumbs
1/4 tsp black Pepper powder
1/2 tsp Red Chilli flakes
3 tsp grated cheese(optional)
2 tsp fresh Coriander nicely chopped
1 and 1/2 tsp corn Flour if need add more
1/4 tsp Salt or as per to taste
For Fish Marination,6-8 salmon fish long strips (not to thin)
1 tsp Garlic paste
3/4 tsp Ginger paste
1 tsp tanduri Masala
2 tsp Lemon juice
1 tsp Red Chilli powder
1/2 tsp all spice powder
1/4 tsp or according to taste black Pepper powder
1/4 tsp Salt or according to taste
1 tbsp oil for cooking
Take strips of fish marinate with ginger, garlic,tanduri masala, lemon juice,red chilli powder,all spice powder,salt, black pepper powder rub nicely over the fish strips and keep aside it for 20 to 25 min to marinate in strainer.
Other side take boiled and mashed potato in a bowl,add hung curd,beaten egg yolk,bread crumbs,salt,pepper, chilli flakes,corn flour, fresh coriander and grated cheese and mix nicely. And make cylinder shaped of this mixture.
After marination of fish remove all excess water from this,take a fish strip,place cylinder shape potato mixture inside and carefully roll the fish strip over the roll,and bind with corriender stem.
Prepare all rolls like this and keep aside for next step.
Now hot oil in pan,add one by one rolls in it and pan fry it till completely done. Do same with all.
Now Cheese,Tanduri Fish Croissants ready to serve,serve hot with green chutney,and drizzle few drops of lemon juice over it to inhance it's taste.
