  • 2 cup grated pumpkin

  • 1 cup gram flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon carom seeds

  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder

    First I steam grated pumpkin in the microwave for 1 minute.

    Then Mix all the above ingredients except oil in a bowl and add enough water to get a batter of thick pouring consistency.

    Heat a non-stick griddle and for the first crepes, grease it with few drops of oil. Turn the heat to low and pour 2 tablespoon batter in the center of the griddle.

    Spread it in a round circular motion with the back of serving spoon. Turn the heat to medium and drizzle some oil on the crepes.

    When the edges turn brownish, it means crepes are cooked from underneath. Flip it and cook from another side till golden brown.

    Serve hot Pumpkin crepes with chutney or sauce.
