Ingredients

Serves 5

  • 200 gram paneer

  • 1bowl Makhana (Fox seeds)

  • 3-4 spoon kishmish

  • 3-4spoon chopped Kaju

  • 8-10 whole kaju

  • 1/2bowl malai

  • 1cup milk

  • 5-6pieces tomatoes

  • 3green chilli

  • 1spoon grated ginger

  • 2spoon ghee

  • 1/3spoon sugar

  • 1spoon haldi powder

  • 1 1/2spoon dhanya saunf powder

  • 1/2tsp kashmiri red chilli powder

  • 2spoon rosted kasuri mathi

  • 1/2spoon salt/as ur taste

  • 1/2spoon garam masala powder

  • 1"dalchini stick,10-12black pepper,6-7cloves,1spoon jeera,3-4green cardamom(sabko mixer mai grind karke powder bna le)

Directions

    makhane ko wash Karke one minute ke liye water Mein Soak Kare

    paneer ko cubes me cut kare

  • 03

    tomatoes ,green chilli aur Ginger ka mixer mai paste Banaye

  • 04

    ab low flame par pen mai ghee garam Kare aur kuch Kaju fry kar ke alag Rakhe

    ab Usi ghee mai grind kiya hua dry masala daal kar saute kare

  • 06

    ab usme haldi powder, red chilli powder ,Dhaniya saunf powder, pinch of sugar add Kare aur tomato Chilli ginger ka paste add kar saute kare

    jab masala acche se Bhun Jaye usme Ek spoon kasuri Methi, kishmish, chopped Kaju milaye aur bhune

  • 08

    ab malai ko mix Kare aur saute Kare ab milk milaye aur ek boil anne de anything

  • 09

    ab Makhana aur paneer milaye aur low flame par 5 minute pakaye

  • 10

    ab Garam Masala aur salt milaye

  • 11

    dry fruits Malai paneer ko fried Kaju aur roasted kasuri Methi Se garnish kar nan,prantha, poori ya chapati ke saath serve Kare
