1spoon grated ginger
2spoon ghee
1/3spoon sugar
1spoon haldi powder
1 1/2spoon dhanya saunf powder
1/2tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
2spoon rosted kasuri mathi
1/2spoon salt/as ur taste
1/2spoon garam masala powder
1"dalchini stick,10-12black pepper,6-7cloves,1spoon jeera,3-4green cardamom(sabko mixer mai grind karke powder bna le)
Directions

jab masala acche se Bhun Jaye usme Ek spoon kasuri Methi, kishmish, chopped Kaju milaye aur bhune
ab malai ko mix Kare aur saute Kare ab milk milaye aur ek boil anne de anything
ab Makhana aur paneer milaye aur low flame par 5 minute pakaye
