  • Spinach leaves - 8-10 big size. For stuffing : Paneer - 50 gms Grated cheese : 1 tbsp Grated carrot - 1 tbsp Salt - 1 /2 tsp Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp Coriander leaves - 1 tsp finely chopped Cloves - 8-10 Oil - 1 tsp

  • 1 cup Shredded cabbage n carrots n tomato flower to garnish

    Blanch spinach leaves n keep aside. In a bowl mix all the ingredients for stuffing. Now take spinach leaf on a board or flat surface. Stuff paneer mixture in center n fold it n make a gillori then seal with clove. Accordingly prepare all spinach pkts. Now grease a perforated dish n keep and arrange all spinach pkts. Now boil water in steamer n steam gillories for 5 mins. Let it cool for few minutes. Serve with choice of chutnies n dips.
