Ingredients

  • 4 roll ke liye aata


  • 1 cup maida


  • 2 tspoon butter


  • 1 tspoon dry yeast


  • 2 tspoon doodh (halka garam)


  • 2 tspoon chini


  • 1/2 cup doodh


  • 1/4 tspoon namak


  • 4 roll ki Stuffing ke liye


  • 2 cup instant noodles


  • 1 cup kasi hui patta gobhi


  • 1/2 cup shimla mirch


  • 1/2 cup gazar


  • 1/2 cup pyaz


  • 8 kali lahsun


  • 4 hari mirch kati hui


  • 2 tspoon red chilly sauce


  • 1 tspoon soya sauce


  • 1 tspoon tamatar ketchup


  • 1 tspoon vinegar


  • 1/2 tspoon garam masala powder


  • 1/2 tspoon lal mirch powder (optional)


  • 1/2 tspoon namak ya swadanusar


  • 1 table spoon oil


  • 3 cup pani

Directions

  • Yeast me sugar aur gunguna doodh milaye aur dhak ke 10 minutes ke liye rakh de.
  • 10 minutes ke baad yeast active ho jayega.
  • Maide me yeast doodh,namak ,butter aur chini mila ke naram aata gooth le.
  • Goothe hue aate ko 2 ghante ke liye dhak ke rakh de.
  • Stuffing ke liye sabhi sabjiyo ko barik kat le.
  • Frying pan me tel garam kare aur lahsun dale aur 1 minute fry kare.
  • Sabhi sabjiya dale aur tej aanch per 5 minute fry kare.
  • Ab sabhi masale dale aur mix kareke pani dale.
  • Pani ubalane per noodles, sabhi sauce aur namak dale aur noodles ko bana le
  • Noodles ko thanda kare.
  • Aate ko khole aata fui kar double ho gaya hoga, aate ko ek bar phir se halke haatho se masal le aur 4 pede bana le.
  • Ek peda le aur use poori ke size ka bel le
  • Beli hui roti ke bich me stuffing rakhe ke failaye aur roti ko roll kar le.
  • Isi tarah sabhi roll bana le.
  • Oven ko 180° per pre-heat kare.
  • Baking tray ko butter se grecce kare aur us per sabhi roll ko thodi thodi dur per rakhe.
  • Baking tray ko oven me dale aur roll ko 20 minutes bake kar le
  • Roll ko nikale aur ketchup ke sath setve kare
