Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • Grated Paneer - 1/4 th cup


  • Boiled mashed potatoes - 2


  • Boiled mashed green peas - 1/2 cup


  • Cornflour - 3 tbsp


  • Grated cheese - 3 tbsp


  • Roasted coriander powder - 1 tsp


  • Chaat masala powder - 1 tsp


  • Green chili paste - 1/2 tsp


  • Ginger paste - 1/2 tsp


  • Salt - 1/2 tsp


  • Oil - 1 tbsp

Directions

  • Add the chaat masala powder and little salt to the Paneer, and cheese. Mix together and make very small roundels of it. Keep aside.
  • Mix rest of the ingredients together nicely to form a soft dough.Take small amount of the above potato mixture. Make small patties out of it.
  • Flatten the Patty and stuff it with the Paneer roundels. Reshape it.
  • Brush little oil on both sides of the patties. Put them on a greased baking tray.
  • Bake them in a preheated oven at 200℃ for 5-6 minutes on each side or till it is golden brown.
