Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • all purpose flour 1 cup


  • oil 1 tbsp


  • salt 1/2 tsp


  • potatoes 3 boiled n mashed


  • red chilli powder 1/2 tsp


  • chaat masala 1/2 tsp


  • grated ginger 1/2 tsp


  • chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp


  • chopped green chilli 1/2 tsp


  • all purpose flour 1 tbsp

Directions

  • knead a soft dough using all purpose flour,oil 1 tbsp and salt
  • keep it covered for 15 mins
  • now for the stuffings take mashed potatoes,salt,red chilli powder,green chilli,coriander leaves,grated ginger,Chaat masala
  • mix them together
  • now take the dough and roll a big chapati in a rolling pin
  • spread the stuffings all over the chapati
  • now roll it
  • cut roundrels of 1/2 inch thickness
  • mix all purpose flour with water and make a thick paste
  • take one roundrels dip in maida paste and deep fry
  • like wise fry all the pinwheel samosas till golden brown and crispy
  • fry it in low flame
