knead a soft dough using all purpose flour,oil 1 tbsp and salt
keep it covered for 15 mins
now for the stuffings take mashed potatoes,salt,red chilli powder,green chilli,coriander leaves,grated ginger,Chaat masala
mix them together
now take the dough and roll a big chapati in a rolling pin
spread the stuffings all over the chapati
now roll it
cut roundrels of 1/2 inch thickness
mix all purpose flour with water and make a thick paste
take one roundrels dip in maida paste and deep fry
like wise fry all the pinwheel samosas till golden brown and crispy
fry it in low flame
