Dry roast the ingredients under kadhai masala and grind them into powder. Keep aside.
Now heat a pan, add oil.. add chopped ginger, fry and add chopped green chillies followed by chopped onions.
Once the onions are golden brown ,ads ginger garlic paste, saute for a minute and then add the masalas, salt.
Add the tomatoes and cook on a low flame with lid on till the masala leaves oil.
Add the diced onions, bell peppers, tomatoes and cook. Add water, bring up-to boil and then add the Paneer cubes. Serve.
