Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Paneer cubes - 200 gm


  • Chopped onion - 1


  • Diced onion - 1


  • Chopped tomatoes - 1


  • Chopped ginger - 1 tsp


  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp


  • Chopped green chillies - 2 tsp


  • Diced capsicum/bell peppers - 1/4 th cup


  • Diced tomatoes - 1


  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp


  • Kadhai masala - 2 tsp


  • Garam masala powder - 1tsp


  • Refined oil - 2 tbsp


  • Salt - 1 tsp


  • Kadhai masala : Pepper corns - 1 tsp


  • Jeera - 1 tsp


  • Coriander seeds - 2 tsp


  • Dry red chillies -4


  • Kasuri methi - 1 tbsp

Directions

  • Dry roast the ingredients under kadhai masala and grind them into powder. Keep aside.
  • Now heat a pan, add oil.. add chopped ginger, fry and add chopped green chillies followed by chopped onions.
  • Once the onions are golden brown ,ads ginger garlic paste, saute for a minute and then add the masalas, salt.
  • Add the tomatoes and cook on a low flame with lid on till the masala leaves oil.
  • Add the diced onions, bell peppers, tomatoes and cook. Add water, bring up-to boil and then add the Paneer cubes. Serve.
