Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 2 boiled potatoes


  • 1 cup soaked sabudana


  • 1/4 cup peanuts, crushed


  • 1 tablespoon ginger and green chilli paste


  • 1 tablespoon cumin


  • 1 cup grated paneer


  • 1/4 cup chopped cashew and raisins


  • 2 tablespoon chopped coriander


  • 2 teaspoon salt or as per your taste


  • 2 cups oil for deep frying

Directions

  • In a bowl add boiled potato, cumin, salt, soaked sabudana, crushed peanuts and chili-ginger paste
  • Mix everything well. Make it like a dough and keep it aside
  • Meanwhile, for stuffing. In a bowl mix grated paneer, chili-ginger paste, salt, cumin, chopped raisins and cashew and coriander. Mix everything well and make small balls.
  • Now stuff these paneer balls into the sago potato mixture.
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep these sago paneer bombs till it becomes golden brown.
  • Serve it with curd or peanut chutney. Perfect for snacks and for fast.
