In a bowl add boiled potato, cumin, salt, soaked sabudana, crushed peanuts and chili-ginger paste
Mix everything well. Make it like a dough and keep it aside
Meanwhile, for stuffing. In a bowl mix grated paneer, chili-ginger paste, salt, cumin, chopped raisins and cashew and coriander. Mix everything well and make small balls.
Now stuff these paneer balls into the sago potato mixture.
Heat oil in a pan and deep these sago paneer bombs till it becomes golden brown.
Serve it with curd or peanut chutney. Perfect for snacks and for fast.
