Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 2 potatoes


  • 3-4-tomato


  • 2 green chilly


  • 1/4 cup chopped cabbage


  • 1/4 cup green peas


  • 2 carrot


  • Capsicum - 1


  • 3-4 curry leaves


  • Cauliflower - 1/4 th cup


  • Chilly powder - 1 tsp


  • Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp


  • Garam masala powder - 1/4 th tsp


  • 1 tsp aamchur powder -


  • Paav bhaazi masala - 2 tbsp


  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander


  • 1/4 tsp turmric powder


  • 1 packet amul butter


  • 1 lemon

Directions

  • Boil the vegetables and mash them. keep aside.
  • Grind the tomatoes with curry leaves, ginger and chillies into a puree.
  • In a pan 1-1/2 tbspbutter ya oil put cumin seeds ,pav bhaji masala others spices like chilly powder,garam masala etc.
  • Now add tomatto puree, aaneer pieces and mix boiled vegetable and salt
  • Close the lid
  • Garnish it with butter,green chilly,lemon , cucumber slice and green chutney.
  • Serve it hot with pav. Your pav bhaji is ready. Enjoy!
