Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 2 potatoes

  • 3-4-tomato

  • 2 green chilly

  • 1/4 cup chopped cabbage

  • 1/4 cup green peas

  • 2 carrot

  • Capsicum - 1

  • 3-4 curry leaves

  • Cauliflower - 1/4 th cup

  • Chilly powder - 1 tsp

  • Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp

  • Garam masala powder - 1/4 th tsp

  • 1 tsp aamchur powder -

  • Paav bhaazi masala - 2 tbsp

  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander

  • 1/4 tsp turmric powder

  • 1 packet amul butter

  • 1 lemon

Directions

    Boil the vegetables and mash them. keep aside.

    Grind the tomatoes with curry leaves, ginger and chillies into a puree.

    In a pan 1-1/2 tbspbutter ya oil put cumin seeds ,pav bhaji masala others spices like chilly powder,garam masala etc.

    Now add tomatto puree, aaneer pieces and mix boiled vegetable and salt

    Close the lid

    Garnish it with butter,green chilly,lemon , cucumber slice and green chutney.

    Serve it hot with pav. Your pav bhaji is ready. Enjoy!
