Heat milk boil it
Now turn off gas
Add lemon juice slowly mix it
Now seprate chhena from milk in thin cloth
Wash this chhena with water
Squeez it
Now add kesar threads and mash it with palm till smooth
Make little balls from smooth chhena
Heat pressure cooker add sugar and water
Boil it when sugar melted add chhena ball
1 whistle it turn off gas
Niw open lud of cooker
Keep this rasgulle in freeze for 20 min
Ready to serve its yummy
