Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • Milk 1kg


  • Lemon juice 1tsp


  • Kesar 4 to5 threads its optional


  • For sugar syrup-2 cup sugar


  • 3 cup water

Directions

  • Heat milk boil it
  • Now turn off gas
  • Add lemon juice slowly mix it
  • Now seprate chhena from milk in thin cloth
  • Wash this chhena with water
  • Squeez it
  • Now add kesar threads and mash it with palm till smooth
  • Make little balls from smooth chhena
  • Heat pressure cooker add sugar and water
  • Boil it when sugar melted add chhena ball
  • 1 whistle it turn off gas
  • Niw open lud of cooker
  • Keep this rasgulle in freeze for 20 min
  • Ready to serve its yummy
