Heat oil in a kadhai or pan and saute the paneer for just 5 -10 secs and Soak them in 3 cups of cold water.
In the same pan add cubed capsicum and separated layers of onions halves and saute for a minute or two. Keep these onions and capsicum aside in a separate plate.
Now in a same pan add cloves, cinnamon sticks, onion paste ,and ginger garlic paste. Saute well till lightly golden.
Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala
Add pureed tomatoes
Simmer for 3-4 minutes till oil get separated
Add fresh malai (fresh cream ) Mix well and allow the mixture to boil.
Cover and cook for five minutes till oil separates.Add salt and drained paneer pieces, sauted capsicum and onions Garnish this with coriander leaves.
