Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cup suji(semolina)


  • 1/2 cup curd


  • 4 boiled potatoes


  • 1/2 salt or as required salt


  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1 tbs chopped coriander leaves


  • 2 green chilly chopped


  • 250 ml or as required oil for frying

Directions

  • mix curd and suji very well and keep for resting for 15 minutes
  • peel potatoes and grate mix coriander leaves, green chilly,salt,cumin seed and curd suji mixture mix everything together and make a dough
  • now take small small portions in your hands and give shape
  • put oil for frying in a wok let it hot
  • fry suji finger on full flame until golden brown colour
  • serve with tomato sauce
