Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1/2 cup maida(all purpose flour)


  • 1/4 cup suji (semolina)


  • 1/4 cup besan


  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder


  • 1/2 cup oil or ghee


  • 1/2 cup powder sugar


  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Directions

  • mix ghee and sugar very well beat it nicely and make a fluffy consistency
  • now add maida, suji, besan and baking powder and mix everything
  • now put ghee or oil in mixture and make a dough with that no use water or milk dough will be ready with this ghee or oil
  • now make small small naankhatai with that
  • preheat oven @200 degree
  • take a baking tray put butter paper on it place the naankhatai on that and bake for 15 minutes
  • let it cool down than store these in a air tight container
