mix ghee and sugar very well beat it nicely and make a fluffy consistency
now add maida, suji, besan and baking powder and mix everything
now put ghee or oil in mixture and make a dough with that no use water or milk dough will be ready with this ghee or oil
now make small small naankhatai with that
preheat oven @200 degree
take a baking tray put butter paper on it place the naankhatai on that and bake for 15 minutes
let it cool down than store these in a air tight container
