Ingredients

Serves : 15
  • Paneer 500kg


  • Onion chopped 2


  • Tomato 3 grated


  • Green chilli and garlic paste 1tsp


  • Oil 2tbsp


  • Fresh milk cream 200g


  • Garam masala 1tsp


  • Red chilli powder 1tsp


  • Salt 2tsp or as per taste


  • Orange food colour 1/4tsp


  • Poppy seeds 1tsp


  • Grinded kaju 6 to 7


  • Water 2 cup or as required


  • Garam masala-long 2 ,ilaychi 1 ,bay leaf 2

Directions

  • First cut paneer in squire pieces
  • Take a pan add oil heat it
  • Add long,ilaychi,bay leaf
  • Now mix onion stir it till little pink
  • Now mix garlic paste mix it
  • Pour tomato grated and all dry masale
  • Cook it on low flame for 5 min
  • Now add grated kaju and poppy seeds mix it
  • Pour milk cream and orange food colour mix it and mix paneer cubes
  • Add water as require and cook it on low flame for 10 min
  • Its ready to serve garnish with coriander leaves or grated paneer
