Ingredients

Serves 15

  • Paneer 500kg

  • Onion chopped 2

  • Tomato 3 grated

  • Green chilli and garlic paste 1tsp

  • Oil 2tbsp

  • Fresh milk cream 200g

  • Garam masala 1tsp

  • Red chilli powder 1tsp

  • Salt 2tsp or as per taste

  • Orange food colour 1/4tsp

  • Poppy seeds 1tsp

  • Grinded kaju 6 to 7

  • Water 2 cup or as required

  • Garam masala-long 2 ,ilaychi 1 ,bay leaf 2

Directions

    First cut paneer in squire pieces

  • 02

    Take a pan add oil heat it

  • 03

    Add long,ilaychi,bay leaf

  • 04

    Now mix onion stir it till little pink

  • 05

    Now mix garlic paste mix it

  • 06

    Pour tomato grated and all dry masale

  • 07

    Cook it on low flame for 5 min

  • 08

    Now add grated kaju and poppy seeds mix it

  • 09

    Pour milk cream and orange food colour mix it and mix paneer cubes

  • 10

    Add water as require and cook it on low flame for 10 min

  • 11

    Its ready to serve garnish with coriander leaves or grated paneer
