Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 cups maida (all purpose flour)


  • 2 tsp yeast


  • 4 tbs +2 tbs butter


  • 3/4 cup warm milk


  • 1-1/2tbs milk powder (optional)


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tbs sugar


  • 100 gram mozzarella cheese


  • 80 gram boiled corn seeds


  • 1/2 red chili flakes


  • 2 green chilly chopped


  • 1 tsp oregano

Directions

  • put yeast and sugar in warm milk mix and keep it for 10 minutes
  • now in a mixing bowl put maida and milk powder and salt and knead with milk yeast mixture very sticky
  • then use 4tbs butter and knead this dough for 15 minutes and make it smooth cover it and keep in a hot place for 45 minutes
  • after 45 minutes you will see dough is double
  • we will punch the dough so all air go out and our dough will again a smooth dough
  • now divide this dough in 2 equally portions
  • make balls and use dry maida roll it like chapati
  • now one side of chapati we will put grated mozzarella cheese and boiled corn, chopped green chili
  • and from the other half side we will fold on that and stick the corner with water
  • take a knife make cut on bread that size you want to make slices only give a cut design not cut very deeply
  • now polish with butter and sprinkle red chili flakes and oregano
  • preheat oven @200 degree and bake this bread for 20 minutes
