Ingredients

Serves 8

  • 1/2 cup maida(all purpose flour)

  • 1/2 cup Suji(semolina)

  • 1 pinch baking powder

  • 300 ml Or as required oil for frying

Directions

    take a mixing bowl put suji,maida and baking soda and mix

  • 02

    add water and make a soft dough like chapati

  • 03

    keep it for 15 minutes

  • 04

    after 15 minutes knead the dough again and make it smooth

    divide this dough in 3 equally portions make balls with that

    roll the balls with rolling pin not very thick not very thin

  • 07

    now take a round cutter and cut all Pani puri

  • 08

    put the oil in a wok for frying pani puri

  • 09

    now add one by one puri in oil oil should be very hot

  • 10

    once the puri puffed reduce the flame to medium and fry for 1 more minutes

  • 11

    1 side of puri will be golden brown colour and other side should be light colour

  • 12

    fry all the puri like that
