  • 5 big boiled potatoes

  • 1 big carrot

  • 1 onion

  • 1/2 tsp or as required salt

  • 1 tsp chaat masala

  • 1 tbs corn seeds boiled

  • 50 gram mozzarella cheese

  • 1 tbs corn flour

  • 250 ml or as required oil for frying

  • 2 tbs bread crumbs


  • peel and grate carrot and potatoes
  • cut onion finely
  • now cut mozzarella cheese in small small cubes
  • take a mixing bowl put potatoes, onion, and carrots
  • add salt and chaat masala and mix very well together
  • now take a small ball like portions in your hand and spread like small puri
  • keep 1 mozzarella cheese cube and 4-5 piece of boiled corn seed
  • and close it and again make ball with this
  • make all the lollipops like that
  • take a bowl put corn flour in it put water and make a thin paste
  • and take bread crumbs in another plate
  • roll lollipops first in corn flour paste and roll in bread crumbs
  • keep these lollipops in freeze for 30 minutes
  • after 30 minutes you can fry lollipops on medium heat until golden brown colour
  • serve with tomato sauce
