Ingredients

Serves 6

  • 5 big boiled potatoes

  • 1 big carrot

  • 1 onion

  • 1/2 tsp or as required salt

  • 1 tsp chaat masala

  • 1 tbs corn seeds boiled

  • 50 gram mozzarella cheese

  • 1 tbs corn flour

  • 250 ml or as required oil for frying

  • 2 tbs bread crumbs

Directions

    peel and grate carrot and potatoes

  • 02

    cut onion finely

  • 03

    now cut mozzarella cheese in small small cubes

  • 04

    take a mixing bowl put potatoes, onion, and carrots

  • 05

    add salt and chaat masala and mix very well together

    now take a small ball like portions in your hand and spread like small puri

  • 07

    keep 1 mozzarella cheese cube and 4-5 piece of boiled corn seed

    and close it and again make ball with this

    make all the lollipops like that

    take a bowl put corn flour in it put water and make a thin paste

  • 11

    and take bread crumbs in another plate

  • 12

    roll lollipops first in corn flour paste and roll in bread crumbs

  • 13

    keep these lollipops in freeze for 30 minutes

  • 14

    after 30 minutes you can fry lollipops on medium heat until golden brown colour

  • 15

    serve with tomato sauce
