Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1 cup sprouted moong dal

  • 1 cup blanched spinach

  • 1 tbsp Sooji

  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste

  • 1 teaspoon green chilli paste

  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice

  • 1 packet eno fruit salt

  • 4 tbsp oil

  • 7-8 green chillies

  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves for decoration

  • 1 cup boiled corns

  • 1 small carrot

  • 1 small cucumber

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise sauce

  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 2 teaspoon sesame seeds

  • 2 teaspoon sugar

Directions

    Wash the spinach and mix it in the sprouted moong dal ,put it in the mixer grinder to make a smooth paste

    Now in this paste add sooji, ginger chilli paste and lemon juice , keep it aside for 10 minutes

    now boil water in a big vessel

    In the batter mix the fruit salt

    Now grease a big thali and pour the batter in it and place it in the big vessel for steaming

  • 06

    now in a bowl mix small pieces of carrot, cucumber, corns mayo sauce, ketchup, salt and pepper. Mix them well

    remove the Dhokla carefully from the Thali and cut into two pieces

  • 08

    set a plate and place one piece of Dhokla then spread the mixture of corns on it

    cover it with another piece of Dhokla

    Heat up the oil in the pane put sarso dana and sesame seeds and then green chillies in it.

    now put some water and sugar in it

  • 12

    spread it evenly on Dhokla Sandwich

    garnish with coriander leaves
