peel and grate potatoes
take a mixing bowl put potatoes,bread crumbs, corn flour, salt and red chili flakes
mix everything together and collect like a dough
now take a plastic wrap grease with little oil
put the dough on it and roll with a rolling pin
roll just small thick
now take a cookie cutter or any round shape cutter and cut smielly
now with the hep of straw make eyes in smileys and with spoon make smile
take a wok put oil in that for frying and on full flame fry all smileys
enjoy with tomato sause
