Ingredients

  • Egg 2

  • Ginger garlic paste 1/4 tsp

  • Green chilli 1

  • Salt 2 pinch

  • Chilli powder 1 tsp

  • Cumin 1/4 tsp

  • Tumeric 2 pinch

  • Oil 1 tsp

  • Corriander leaf 1 tsp

  • Pepper 1 pinch

  • Dosa batter 1/4 cup

Directions

    Beat egg with salt, pepper, chilli powder and cumin powder.

    Then add onion, green chilli mix and coriander leaf. keep aside

  • 03

    Heat non stick pan and spread dosa batter close it for few mins. keep aside

  • 04

    Add oil in same pan a spread beaten egg close with lid for few mins.

    After turn it and place dosa on top close upto it cooked

  • 06

    Roll and enjoy tasting
