In a bowl mix spinach puree , grated paneer , boiled and mashed potato Gram flour and salt.
Mix it very well
Now make small lemon size balls from this mixture
Coated with corn flour
Deep fry all balls in oil on medium flame.
Fry it till it becomes golden in colour
Now in a wok heat oil on medium flame. Add cumin seeds and bay leaf.
Add onion, green chilli and ginger paste.
Add tomato puree and mix it .
Add all spices and mix it very well.
Add cashew paste and fresh cream . Cook it for 2 minutes.
Now add water for curry and cook it for 5-8 minutes on low flame.
Add dry fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi) and garam masala.
In last add fried koftas and cook it for 3-5 minutes
Delicious, Yummy spinach paneer kofta curry is now ready to serve with roti, rice or naan.
