  • Hi Team, Enclosed is my unique recipe for Bhelpuri mix Idli Pakora. This is a fusion of North, South and West. My family truly admires my fusion and hope you like it too. Ingredients 6 Idli 1small Onion finely chopped 1 spoon finely chopped fresh coriander Bhelpuri mix (can mix at home or buy the ready bhelpuri mix) 1cup besan gram flour 2 table spoon of oats atta 1/4 teaspoon chilli powder 2 spoon tomato sauce 2 spoon green chutney Salt to taste Oil for frying Method For batter Take the besan and oats atta in a bowl, add salt and chill powder and mix with water to get a thick paste. Add 1 teaspoon if hot oil in batter and mix well. This give the crispy texture. For filling Take a cup of bhelpuri mixture add onion and coriander leaves mix well. Now horizontally slice the idli's on one side apply tomato sauce and on other side green chutney, now fill the bhelpuri mixture on one side and cover with other piece and press well so the filling does not come out. Heat the oil. Now take the stuffed Idli roll completely in batter and fry in medium heat until golden from both sides. Serve hot with imli chutney, green chutney or tomato sauce.
