Ingredients 250 grams Paneer 2 medium sized Onion crushed 3 medium sized tomatoes paste 5 cloves of garlic finely chopped Half capsicum finely chopped 200 ml Cocunut milk 2 table spoon hung curd 2 table spoon fresh creme 1/2 teaspoon jeera 1 table spoon cashews paste 1 teaspoon haldi 1 teaspoon coriander powder 1 teaspoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon garam masala 2 spoon oil Salt to taste Oregano Method Heat the oil in a pan. Add jeera, Add garlic and saute for 2 -3 minutes until light brown. Now add Onion and saute until golden brown, now add tomato paste and saute until the oil is left from the sides. Now add capsicum and saute for 2 minutes. Now add curd and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add coriander powder, chilli powder, haldi powder and salt and cashew paste and saute for 5 minutes. Now add Paneer and Cocunut milk and boil for 5 minutes.Add garam masala and fresh creme. Mix well and remove from flame. Plating Now put it in the bowl and sprinkle some oregano. Serve hot with rice or roti.
