TAKE ALL PURPOSE FLOUR IN A BOWL. ADD CURD. ADD BAKING POWDER, BAKING SODA AND SALT.
MIX WELL WITH SPOON.
KNEAD THE DOUGH USING WATER.
ADD 1 TSP OIL.,MIX WITH DOUGH AND KEEP THE DOUGH COVERED FOR 30 MINUTES.
HEAT A PAN. ADD OIL. ADD CUMIN SEEDS AND LET IT SPLUTTER. ADD CHOPPED ONIONS AND SAUTE.
ADD CHOPPED TOMATOES AND MIX WELL.
ADD SALT, RED CHILLI POWDER, TURMERIC POWDER AND CORIANDER POWDER AND MIX WELL
ADD PANEER CUBES AND COOK FOR AROUND 2-3 MINUTES.
SWITCH OFF THE GAS AND LET IT COOL.
TAKE A BALL SIZE DOUGH. ROLL IT BY DUSTING SOME FLOUR ON ROLLING BOARD.
CUT IT IN ROUND SHAPE
ADD SOME PANEER FILLING AND A CUBE OF MOZZARELLA CHEESE.
JOIN ALL THE SIDES AT CENTRE AND MAKE IT ROUND LIKE BALL
TAKE 1/2 TABLESPOON OIL. ADD RED CHILLI POWDER, TURMERIC POWDER AND CORIANDER POWDER AND MIX WELL
BRUSH THE OIL ON THE PANEER BALLS.
BAKE @180°C FOR 15 MINUTES.
SERVE HOT.
