  • Ghee or oil 2tbs


  • Green chili 1

Directions

  • Cut the vegetables and paneer
  • Heat the pan after add to ghee or oil
  • Add to vegetables
  • Add to paneer
  • Fry to all
  • Add chilly powder, turmeric powder,karam masala,salt, pepper powder mix it
  • Now add cooked rice. fry it
  • 3to 4 minutes fry
  • Now ready paneer fried rice
