  • Paneer 50gram

  • Bengal flour 3tbs

  • Rice flour 2 tbs

  • Corn flour1 tsp

  • Salt1/4tbs

  • Chillypowder 1tsp

  • Oil 250 ml

  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp

Directions

    Cut the paneer silces

    Take a bowl mix the bengal gram, rice flour,corn flour,salt ,ginger garlic paste, chilly powder little bit water mix it thick consitancy

    Dip the paneer Slice

    Deep fry in oil

  • 05

    Now ready to serve in a plate paneer baji
