Serves 3

  • 200g bacon

  • 250ml heavy cream

  • 1 onion

  • 500g pasta

  • 100g parmesan

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 handfuls of parsley


  • 01

    Set the water to a boil and chop the onion and the parsley.

    Fry the bacon and the finely chopped onion together on a pan.

    Whisk heavy cream and the 2 eggs together in a bowl. Whisk in the about 70g of the parmesan in, as well as the parsley.

    Drop in the bacon and onions in the creamy mix and season with peber.

  • 05

    Rid the water from the pasta, and mix the creamy mix in with the pasta, and cook on very low heat for 2-3 minutes and mix well.

  • 06

    Top of the pasta on the dish with the rest of the parmesan, parsley and a bit of salt and peber.
