Ingredients
Serves 2
1 cup cube cut paneer
2 tbsp oil
1cup Oil for deep fry
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup Corn flour
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp black paper powder
2 tsp ginger garlic and chili paste
1/2 cup cube chopped onion
1/2 cup cube chopped capsicum
1/2 cup chopped cabbage
2 tsp soya sauce
1 tbsp chili sauce
1 tsp vinegar
1 tbsp sezwan sauce
Directions
Take a bowl mix all purpose flour and corn flour along with salt and paper powder
Mix well and add water make a thick slary
Deep paneer and fry in a hot oil
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan add ginger garlic and chili paste
Cook for 30 seconds and add onion, capsicum and cabbage cook for 2 to 3 minutes
Add vinegar , chili sauce and soya sauce also add sezwan sauce
Add fried paneer and mix well cook for 3 to 4 minutes
Serve hot
