Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 1 cup cube cut paneer

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • 1cup Oil for deep fry

  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup Corn flour

  • 1 tsp Salt

  • 2 tsp black paper powder

  • 2 tsp ginger garlic and chili paste

  • 1/2 cup cube chopped onion

  • 1/2 cup cube chopped capsicum

  • 1/2 cup chopped cabbage

  • 2 tsp soya sauce

  • 1 tbsp chili sauce

  • 1 tsp vinegar

  • 1 tbsp sezwan sauce

Directions

    Take a bowl mix all purpose flour and corn flour along with salt and paper powder

  • 02

    Mix well and add water make a thick slary

  • 03

    Deep paneer and fry in a hot oil

  • 04

    Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan add ginger garlic and chili paste

  • 05

    Cook for 30 seconds and add onion, capsicum and cabbage cook for 2 to 3 minutes

    Add vinegar , chili sauce and soya sauce also add sezwan sauce

  • 07

    Add fried paneer and mix well cook for 3 to 4 minutes

    Serve hot
