Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • 2 cups semolina (suji)


  • 2 big carrots


  • 500 gram cabbage


  • 2 big onion


  • 1 big capsicum


  • 1 tsp dark soya sauce


  • 1/2+1/3 tsp salt or as per your taste


  • 3/4 tsp black pepper powder


  • 2 tbs oil


  • 250 ml oil for frying


  • 3 tbs maida(all purpose flour)

Directions

  • put semolina in a mixer jar and make a fine powder
  • now put this s semolina powder in a mixing bowl put salt as per your taste add water and knead a very soft dough and keep it for 10 minutes
  • now cut cabbage, onion,and capsicum lengthwise and grate carrot
  • take a wok put 1/2 tbs oil let it hot
  • now put onion and cook for a minute on full flame then add all vegetables
  • cook all vegetables on medium heat add salt, black pepper powder and dark soya sauce and mix
  • cook on medium heat for 5 minutes then off heat and keep aside
  • now make small balls like chapati from the dough
  • roll all the balls small small like puri
  • now take a puri put oil on that then spread maida on it keep another puri on that
  • now roll like that one on one very thin and big like chapati
  • make all the chapati like that
  • now take a tava or pan make it hot then cook a chapati from one side then turn cook little and separate both chapati
  • this will separate very easily
  • make all the chapati like that and separate all
  • now take a bowl put 1 tbs maida and put water make a thick paste
  • take a chapati that we cook put vegetables mixture mixture be side start rolling tightly from one side and stick from last corner with maida paste
  • make all the rolls like that like that
  • that take a wok for frying put oil for frying let it hot very well
  • fry these roll on full flame till golden brown colour
