Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Hung curd 2 tablespoon


  • Ginger minced 1 teaspoon


  • Garlic minced 1/2 teaspoon


  • Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon


  • Kasuri methi 1 teaspoon


  • Red chilly powder 1 teaspoon


  • Salt 1 teaspoon


  • Capsicum 1 medium size


  • Paneer 200g


  • Mustard oil 2 tablespoon


  • Chat masala 1 teaspoon

Directions

  • Cut paneer in medium cubes. Cut capsicum in cubes of the same size as that of the paneer.
  • To prepare the marinade take hung curd, garam masala powder, red chilly powder, salt, ginger garlic minced, Kasuri methi and mustard oil in a bowl.
  • Mix everything well to form the marinade.
  • Add the paneer and capsicum cubes in the marinade and coat them well.
  • Keep this aside for 1-2 hours in the refrigerator.
  • Heat a grill pan to smoking hot.
  • Place the paneer and capsicum pieces on the pan, drizzle some mustard oil.
  • Grill them on medium to high heat for 4-5 minutes on each side until nice grill marks appear.
  • Grill all of them in the same manner.
  • Sprinkle some Chaat masala and Grilled paneer tikkas are ready to serve!
