Cut paneer in medium cubes. Cut capsicum in cubes of the same size as that of the paneer.
To prepare the marinade take hung curd, garam masala powder, red chilly powder, salt, ginger garlic minced, Kasuri methi and mustard oil in a bowl.
Mix everything well to form the marinade.
Add the paneer and capsicum cubes in the marinade and coat them well.
Keep this aside for 1-2 hours in the refrigerator.
Heat a grill pan to smoking hot.
Place the paneer and capsicum pieces on the pan, drizzle some mustard oil.
Grill them on medium to high heat for 4-5 minutes on each side until nice grill marks appear.
Grill all of them in the same manner.
Sprinkle some Chaat masala and Grilled paneer tikkas are ready to serve!
