Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 50 gram corn seeds boiled


  • 4 boiled potatoes


  • 50 gram green peas boiled


  • 1 big carrot


  • 1 small onion


  • 2 tbs bread crumbs


  • 1 tsp corn flour


  • 1/2 tsp salt or as per your taste


  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder


  • 1 tsp oil

Directions

  • put green peas and corn together in a mixer jar and grind and make a paste
  • peel potatoes and carrot and grate with vegetables grater
  • cut onion finely
  • take a mixing bowl put corn and peas paste and all vegetables
  • add salt, black pepper powder, chaat masala and give a good mix
  • now put corn flour and bread crumbs and collect like a dough
  • now take wooden sticks for making kabab
  • just put little oil on you hand and take portions from mixture spread on your hand and put wooden stick in it and press gently and give a shape of kabab
  • make all tha kababs like that
  • now heat a grill pan or tava anything you have
  • cook kabab on medium heat brush with little oil if required
  • turn and cook from all side until nice color
