Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 50 gram corn seeds boiled

  • 4 boiled potatoes

  • 50 gram green peas boiled

  • 1 big carrot

  • 1 small onion

  • 2 tbs bread crumbs

  • 1 tsp corn flour

  • 1/2 tsp salt or as per your taste

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder

  • 1 tsp oil

Directions

    put green peas and corn together in a mixer jar and grind and make a paste

  • 02

    peel potatoes and carrot and grate with vegetables grater

  • 03

    cut onion finely

  • 04

    take a mixing bowl put corn and peas paste and all vegetables

  • 05

    add salt, black pepper powder, chaat masala and give a good mix

  • 06

    now put corn flour and bread crumbs and collect like a dough

  • 07

    now take wooden sticks for making kabab

  • 08

    just put little oil on you hand and take portions from mixture spread on your hand and put wooden stick in it and press gently and give a shape of kabab

    make all tha kababs like that

  • 10

    now heat a grill pan or tava anything you have

  • 11

    cook kabab on medium heat brush with little oil if required

  • 12

    turn and cook from all side until nice color
