Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 2 cups soya chunks


  • 1/2 cup (flattened rice )poha


  • 3 boiled mashed potatoes


  • 2 green chilly chopped


  • 1 onion chopped


  • 1 green capsicum chopped


  • 1 carrot grated /chopped


  • 2 tbspn paneer grated


  • 3 tbspn gram flour roasted


  • 2 tspn ginger grated


  • 3 tbspn Coriander leaves chopped


  • 1 tspn Salt or to taste


  • 1 tspn red chilly powder


  • 1/2 tspn Turmeric powder


  • 1/4 tspn dry mango powder


  • 1 tspn chaat masala


  • 1 tspn coriander powder


  • 1/2 tspn garam masala


  • 2 cups Oil for fry

Directions

  • Firstly soak soya chunks into hot water for 15 minutes . Then squeeze water
  • Soak poha In hot water for 2 minutes then drain water.
  • Now combine squeezed soya chunks and poha into a grinder and coarsely grind don't make paste .
  • Now combine all ingredients Into a bowl and mix well make like a dough .
  • Now take some mixture and give any desired shape .
  • Roll into crushed cornflakes.
  • Fry in hot oil on medium flame until become golden brown or crispy . Ready healthy crispy soya kababs
