Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1 cup flour


  • 3 tsp oil


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 cup grated cartot


  • 1/2 cup grated beetroot


  • 2 tbsp grated paneer


  • 2 tbsp grated cheese


  • 1 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper


  • 1/2 tsp chop onion in slices


  • 1 tsp flakes


  • 1 tsp oregano

Directions

  • Make puree of cartot and beetroot
  • Take half flour add cartot puree ,salt,oil and make dough
  • Take other half flour add beet puree,salt,oil and make dough
  • Take salt,pepper,paneer and cheese in a bowl and mix them
  • Now roll down dough in squares
  • Cut from center take one piece
  • Add filling in center
  • And cover from both sides
  • Give shape of toffeprepare all raviolies like thatheat water in pan
  • Add oil and salt
  • When boil add ravioli and boil them for 10 min.
  • Remove them from hot water and dip in cold water
  • Heat oil in pan add onion
  • Saute onion sprinkle salt and pepper
  • Add 2 tsp water and toffee raviolies
  • Toss them and add flakes and oregano
  • Our raviolies are ready add basil and cheese serve hot
