Make puree of cartot and beetroot
Take half flour add cartot puree ,salt,oil and make dough
Take other half flour add beet puree,salt,oil and make dough
Take salt,pepper,paneer and cheese in a bowl and mix them
Now roll down dough in squares
Cut from center take one piece
Add filling in center
And cover from both sides
Give shape of toffeprepare all raviolies like thatheat water in pan
Add oil and salt
When boil add ravioli and boil them for 10 min.
Remove them from hot water and dip in cold water
Heat oil in pan add onion
Saute onion sprinkle salt and pepper
Add 2 tsp water and toffee raviolies
Toss them and add flakes and oregano
Our raviolies are ready add basil and cheese serve hot
