Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1 cup corn


  • 3/4 cup suji


  • 1/2 cup curd


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp haldi


  • 1 tsp ginger paste


  • 1 green chilli


  • 1 sachet of eno


  • 1 tsp oil for tadka


  • 1 tsp mustard seeds


  • 8 curry leaves

Directions

  • Boil corn and make paste
  • Add corn paste,curd and suji in a bowl
  • Add ginger and green chilli
  • Add salt ,haldi and mix all of tgem finely
  • Our battar is ready
  • Make tadka by heating oil
  • Add mustard seeds and curry leaves
  • Add tadka in battar
  • Take moulds and fill battar in 3/4 part of mould
  • Cook in steamer for 15 min or till cook
  • Let them cool unmould
  • Serve with chutney or sauce
