Boil corn and make paste
Add corn paste,curd and suji in a bowl
Add ginger and green chilli
Add salt ,haldi and mix all of tgem finely
Our battar is ready
Make tadka by heating oil
Add mustard seeds and curry leaves
Add tadka in battar
Take moulds and fill battar in 3/4 part of mould
Cook in steamer for 15 min or till cook
Let them cool unmould
Serve with chutney or sauce
