Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 cup grated paneer


  • 1/2 kg full cream milk


  • 1/2 cup sugar


  • 1 tspn custard powder


  • 2 tbspn milk for dissolve custard


  • 1/2 tspn cardamom powder


  • 3 tsbpn Chopped dry fruits


  • 9-10 kesar threads


  • 1/2 cup Carrot halwa for rose

Directions

  • Dissolve custard powder in 2 tbspn milk. Keep aside.
  • Put a pan on the gass and add milk. Boil milk fr 5 min on sim gass.
  • Add sugar nd again cook for some time.
  • Add kesar threads nd cardamon powder. Mix well
  • When milk become some thick then add grated paneer nd mix well nd give 2 boils.
  • Add custard paste nd mix well. Stirr continuesly for one minute. Off the gass.
  • Mix half dry fruits. Half keep aside for garnishing.
  • Pudding is ready.
  • After become room temperature, Kept into refrigerator for cool down.
  • Rose making method=== Make small balls of carrot halwa , make flat like poori with hands.
  • Keep aside them for half an hour. They wll become some stiff. Or kept into refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  • Then make a rose shape by adding all round flat leaves. Looking like pic. Rose is ready
  • Plating == Take pudding bowls nd put paneer pudding in bowls.
  • Garnish with chopoed dryfruits.
  • Set the carrot rose into center of pudding. Enjoy cool cool delicious pudding.
