Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1 bowl maida


  • 6 tblspn butter


  • 1 bowl sliced onion


  • 1 bowl chopped tomato


  • 1 and 1/2 bowl grated paneer


  • 1 bowl grated cheese


  • 2 tblspn oil


  • 2 tbslpn ginger and chilly paste


  • 1 tspn oregano

Directions

  • Mix maida and butter with cold water and make a smooth dough
  • Rest the dough in refrigerator for 10 min
  • Take a fry pan add oil to it
  • Now add onion to it and saute
  • Now add tomato
  • Now add boiled corn to it saute a little
  • Now add ginger and green chilly
  • Add salt to taste cook for 5 min in high flame switch the gas off
  • Make small peda from dough
  • Roll it out little thick
  • Now spread grated cheese spread some fillings to it
  • Fold side by side
  • Top with grated cheese sprinkle oregano
  • Put it in oven to bake for 170℃ for 15 min
  • Lastly brush with butter and sprinkle some oregano
  • Serve with ketchup
