Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 2-3 big, oval shaped potatoes, each cut into 8 -10 pieces

  • 1/2 tsp. salt or to taste

  • 1/2 tbsp. pepper powder

  • 1 tsp;. lime juice

  • 1 tsp. oil

Directions

    Marinate the wedges with all the above mentioned ingredients for 5-10 minutes. Line a baking tray with butter paper and grease it..

    Arrange all the marinated wedges on it and bake for 25-30 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees C. Flip it over halfway through. Relish as a tea time snack.
