Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 250gm Paneer cut in logs

  • 1 big capsicum chopped in cubes

  • 1tsp Soy sauce

  • 1tsp Salt

  • 6-8 tbsp oil

  • 3-Gr chilli chopped

  • 3 tbsp Sechzwan sauce

  • 1/4tsp Black pepper powder

  • Sugar 1tsp

Directions

    Take paneer in mixing bowl.

  • 02

    Add cornflour,salt quarter tsp,soy sauce and little water.Give a gentle stir and keep aside for 15mins.

    Take oil in a wok and heat.Add paneer pcs one by one and deep fry all pcs till golden brown in color.

    Now take only 2tbsp oil and heat it in a wok.Add garlic, onions, Chillies and saute.

    Put capsicum after sometime and stir fry. Add sugar and salt to taste.

    Now add sechwan sauce and stir.Put fried paneer and mix well.Simmer for a while and turn of the heat.

    Delicious SCHEZWAN PANEER FRY is ready.
