Take a bowl
Add flour n ghee in it n mix it well
Then add water in it n make fine dough
Then take little ball of the dough
N make little puri
Then set it on tart mould
Deep fry all tart on medium flame
When it becoame golden brown..its done
Then take a bowl
Add chana ,fruits , mint leaves n all spices n lemon juice in it
Mix it well
Fill mix fruit mixture in tart n serve it.
