Take a bowl
Add semolina , curd , salt n baking powder in it
Mix it well n make fine batter
Then grease idli mould with ghee or oil
Then put batter in mould
Steam all idlies for 15mins on slow flame
Then cut pieces of idlies
Then take a wok
Add butter in it
Then add rai n kari leaves in it
Then add ginger garlic paste in it n saute it.
Then add onion puree in it n saute it
Then add tomato puree in it n cook it..
Then add all spices in it n cook it
Then add all idly pieces in it n mix it well
Cover it n cook it for 7mins on slow flame.
N serve hot
