Ingredients

  • Paneer cut in cubes 1cup

  • Capsicum cut in cubes 1/2 cup

  • Bell pepper (red n yellow ) cut in cubes 1/2 cup

  • Onion cut in cubes 1/2 cup

  • Curd 1/3 cup

  • Gram flour 1tsp

  • Salt 1tsp

  • Shahi paneer masala 1tsp

  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp

  • Coriander powder 1/2 tsp

  • For chatni coriander leaves 1cup

  • Onion 1 roughly chopped

  • garlic cloves 7

  • Salt 1/3 tsp

  • Green chili 1

  • Garam masala 1/3 tsp

  • Dry mango powder 1/3 tsp

  • Before serving ingredients , lemon juice 1tsp

  • Chat masala 1tsp

  • Charcoal piece 1

Directions

    Take a jar

    Put coriander leaves , onion , garlic n all spices in it

    Blend it n make fine paste

    Then take a bowl

    Add paneer cubes , capsicum, bell pepper , gram flour, curd n all spices in it n mix it well

    Then add 2tsp coriander paste in it n mix it well

    Keep it into freeze for 15 mins

    Then heat the tawa

    Spread little oil in it

    Then put paneer , capsicum , bell pepper n onion pieces on it

    N cook it on slow flame

    When it become cooked

    Assemble them on tikka sticks

    Then put this sticks on plate

    Put silver foil piece on it

    Put hot charcoal pieces on silver foil

    Put 1/2 tsp ghee on charcoal piece n cover it with another plate

    Leave it for 5 mins

    Then put lemon juice on it..

    Sprinkle chat masala on it

    N serve hot
